A shared desk for a trip that got bigger.
The last Orlando trip was three of us and our families. The next one should be easier to organize even if the guest list is not.
This site is private to the group. You join with an invite code from the chat. After that you can RSVP, add options, and vote.
Places to stay. Paste Airbnb links — one large house, or a few in the same neighborhood. Include bedrooms, sleep count, and the weekly price so people can compare without leaving the page.
Two jobs. Put in your own itinerary — your flight, or the personal car you are driving. Then join the group options: the house, the shared van, the park days. Everyone books their own flight. The house and the van are split among whoever joins. Alabama and Florida cars still show up as personal vehicles next to that van.
Votes are not anonymous. You can see who liked what, the way you would in the chat. You can vote for more than one option in a category. An admin can mark the pick once the group has a winner.
People who are not in the group chat can still come. Someone can count them on an RSVP, or they can join with the same invite code and vote for themselves.
